Custom graphic overlays are quoted and produced from project-specific drawings, materials, printing requirements, forming methods, quantities, and finishing details. A clear brief reduces quotation questions, sampling revisions, and production risk.
Information that supports an accurate quote
Start with the drawing and expected purchase quantity. Then confirm the details that affect material selection, tooling, printing, installation, and final inspection.

A traceable path from drawing to delivery
The standard workflow keeps quotation, artwork approval, sampling, production, and after-sales decisions tied to written records.
Submit drawings and requirements
Provide the product drawing, expected purchase quantity, and basic customization requirements. If information is incomplete, Spar Panel will confirm the key details affecting quotation and production feasibility.
Confirm material, process, and forming method
Spar Panel reviews the drawing and confirmed requirements for material, printing, forming, and downstream processing feasibility. Routine production feasibility review is part of the quotation process and is not charged separately.
Receive the quotation
The quote is based on the submitted drawing, quantity, dimensions, material and thickness, printing, CNC or die-cutting, adhesive, surface treatment, packaging, and other custom requirements.
Approve the drawing and artwork
Before sampling, both sides confirm the drawing, artwork, and key production requirements. Review items include:
- Product dimensions, hole positions, and structure
- Material and thickness
- Printed content, logo, text, and graphics
- Color and Pantone references
- Window, transparent, translucent, or light-diffusion areas
- Adhesive and other key production requirements
Confirmation should be completed by email, an approval file, or another traceable written method.
Produce the sample
The sample verifies appearance, dimensions, color, print effect, hole structure, installation fit, window condition, and light-transmission effects.
Test and approve the sample
The customer checks the sample against the actual application, including appearance, dimensions, color, printing, structure, installation fit, and other project requirements. Mass production proceeds only after sample approval.
Production basis: the final approved drawing or artwork, approved sample, order requirements, and mutually confirmed quality requirements.
Confirm any revisions
Changes to the drawing, material, dimensions, structure, color, printing, adhesive, or other key requirements must be reconfirmed. A revised sample may be required. Re-sampling, die or mold, material, and processing costs are determined by the project scope and reason for the change.
Start mass production
Production begins after the final drawing or artwork, sample, order requirements, and payment conditions are confirmed. If confirmed requirements change after production starts, material, tooling, completed quantity, cost, and schedule must be reassessed.
Delivery and after-sales support
If a delivered product does not match the confirmed drawing, sample, or quality requirements, provide the order or batch information, affected quantity, photos or video, and a clear issue description. Spar Panel will verify the information and discuss a resolution based on the actual project situation.

Material selection should follow the drawing, application environment, appearance target, thickness, installation method, and required durability. The final route is confirmed during quotation.

Approve the physical standard before production
The sample is the practical reference for appearance, fit, and project-specific requirements. Keep the approved sample and written approval record available for production and final verification.
