Why Choose Spar Panel

Choose a drawing-led OEM partner that connects material selection, integrated processing, sample approval, project-specific quality checks and commercial planning around the same custom part.

SEVEN CONNECTED REASONS

A practical shortlist for OEM buyers

Drawing → Sample → Batch → Delivery
01

Drawing-led OEM focus

Projects are reviewed around the drawing, artwork, material, quantity, application and acceptance requirements.

02

Three material routes

Acrylic / PMMA, polycarbonate / PC / Lexan and PET are matched to different structural, visual and forming needs.

03

Integrated processing

Printing, machining, die cutting, embossing, lamination and finishing can be organized around one approved part.

04

Sample-to-batch control

The physical sample and final confirmed files form the reference for production release and quality checks.

05

Visible planning inputs

Quotation, MOQ, sample arrangements, tooling, packaging, payment and delivery conditions are confirmed by project.

06

Commercial closeout support

Protective packing, agreed shipping documents, transport options and issue-review information are planned before dispatch.

07

Project confidentiality

NDA support and information, photography and production-area controls can be arranged according to project needs.

BUYER DECISION

A supplier decision should reduce project risk—not add another handoff

For a custom panel, the important question is not only whether a supplier can print or cut a part. The stronger question is whether material choice, manufacturing route, sample approval, batch control, commercial terms and delivery can remain connected to the same project revision.

Unclear material choice

Application-led material review

Compare rigidity, transparency, toughness, flexibility, printing, forming, adhesive and installation needs before the route is fixed.

Too many disconnected processes

One coordinated process route

Organize printing, machining, die cutting, embossing, lamination and finishing around one confirmed part definition.

Sample and batch do not match

Approved physical reference

Use the approved sample and final files as the basis for production release, process checks and finished-part inspection.

Late commercial surprises

Project-specific planning

Confirm price variables, MOQ, tooling, payment, packaging, shipping method and documents before the order is released.

OEM FIT

Built for drawing-led custom projects

Spar Panel focuses on custom plastic panels, graphic overlays and interface components made to your drawing. Each project starts with the part that needs to be produced, not with a fixed stock specification.

MATERIAL CHOICE

Choose the substrate around the application

Acrylic, polycarbonate and PET are not interchangeable labels. Each material route changes the balance between rigidity, transparency, toughness, flexibility, forming, printing and assembly.

ACRYLIC / PMMA

Rigid clarity and machined structure

Often considered for rigid front panels, display windows, lenses, nameplates and precision components. The route can combine printing, lamination, CNC machining, polishing and other finishing.

Explore the material route
POLYCARBONATE / PC / LEXAN

Tough panels and durable overlays

Used across panels, graphic overlays, labels, stickers and windows. CNC machining or die cutting is selected according to thickness, rigidity, structure and drawing requirements.

Explore the material route
PET

Thin overlays, labels and embossed features

Common for flexible overlays, labels, stickers and embossed panels. Printing, adhesive lamination, die cutting and embossing can be arranged according to the part structure.

Selection principle: confirm the application, structure, appearance, environment, adhesive and installation conditions before finalizing the substrate and thickness.
PROCESS PORTFOLIO

Coordinate the processes around one approved part

The advantage is not a longer process list by itself. It is the ability to select and sequence the necessary operations around the same drawing, artwork, material and acceptance reference.

Print & decorate

Screen printing, UV printing, hot stamping and UV transfer printing can be selected according to artwork, color, substrate and finish.

Cut & shape

CNC cutting, die cutting and punching translate confirmed geometry into the required outer profile, holes, windows and internal features.

Form & finish

Embossing, acrylic polishing and acrylic electroplating can be added where the approved appearance or tactile structure requires them.

Laminate & complete

Adhesive lamination, protective layers, labels, inspection and packing are coordinated as part of the finished-component route.

Project-specific routing: not every part needs every process. The drawing, substrate, thickness, graphic layers, tolerance, adhesive and finish determine the route.

APPROVAL CONTROL

Five gates that keep the project definition connected

Each gate closes a different source of ambiguity before the next commitment is made. The confirmed drawing, artwork and sample—not an informal assumption—remain the working reference.

01

Requirement gate

Confirm application, dimensions, material direction, artwork, expected quantity, assembly, packing and delivery inputs.

02

Manufacturing gate

Review feasibility, process route, tooling, tolerance-sensitive features, color method and quotation assumptions.

03

File gate

Freeze the approved drawing revision, vector artwork, color references and project notes before sample production.

04

Sample gate

Evaluate the physical sample for appearance, color, dimensions, structure, adhesive, windows and other agreed items.

05

Batch-release gate

Open mass production only after sample approval and final commercial conditions are confirmed.

QUALITY EVIDENCE

Define what will be checked before production starts

Quality control becomes more useful when the inspection items, reference files and acceptance method are linked to the actual part. The following matrix shows the project controls that may be included according to the confirmed order.

Control areaTypical reviewProject reference
MaterialSubstrate type, thickness and surface conditionConfirmed drawing, specification or approved sample
Printing & colorArtwork position, print layers, legibility, color and appearanceVector artwork, Pantone reference, lightbox calibration or approved sample as agreed
DimensionsOuter profile, holes, windows, CNC or die-cut featuresDimensioned drawing and project-specific tolerances

Surface appearanceScratches, contamination, finish, polishing, plating or other agreed appearance pointsApproved sample and documented acceptance items
PackingProtection, separation, labels, quantity and shipping preparationConfirmed packing requirement and order information
Tolerance must be drawing-specific

The services page lists CNC machining accuracy up to ±0.05 mm. Final tolerances and inspection methods still require confirmation against the material, geometry, process and drawing.

Documents must be project-specific

The website lists ISO 9001:2015 and project-related RoHS / REACH support. Buyers should confirm the applicable material, product, market and document scope for their own order.

COMMERCIAL CLARITY

Plan the order with visible commercial reference points

A technically workable part still needs a workable buying path. Spar Panel publishes reference points for response, quotation, sampling, production, MOQ, payment, shipping and documents; final terms remain subject to project confirmation.

FAQ

Common questions from custom panel buyers

Start with these practical answers. Final material, process, quality, commercial and delivery details are confirmed for each project.

01What types of OEM projects are a good fit for Spar Panel?

Spar Panel supports drawing-led custom projects for acrylic, polycarbonate and PET graphic overlays, front panels, control panels, display windows, lenses, labels, stickers, nameplates and related precision plastic appearance parts.

02What should I send for an initial project review?

Send a dimensioned drawing or 3D model, vector artwork, expected quantity, material and thickness direction, color references, printing details, adhesive or installation needs, packaging requirements and the delivery destination.

03How is the approved sample used during production?

The approved physical sample and final confirmed drawing or artwork establish the production reference. Batch release, process checks, finished-part inspection and packing clearance should follow that confirmed basis.

04What are the normal planning references for MOQ and lead time?

The standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design. Spar Panel responds within 1 business day; after complete information is available, standard projects are generally quoted within 1 business day. Standard sampling is 3–5 business days and standard mass production is 10–15 business days, subject to confirmed project conditions.

05Can Spar Panel support international delivery and confidential projects?

International express, air freight, sea freight, a designated forwarder or a freight-collect account can be coordinated according to the order. An NDA can be signed when required, and project files can be managed with information, photography and relevant production-area controls.
