Daily Cleaning
For regular cleaning, it’s important to use clean water or a mild detergent. Avoid using any harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or those with strong acidic or alkaline properties, as these can damage the surface. Use a soft cloth or soft cotton fabric to gently wipe the surface.

For light stains, a damp cloth or newspaper can be used to wipe the surface clean. For more stubborn stains, try using a mild cleaning agent such as alcohol, beer, warm vinegar, toothpaste, or dish soap. Always use gentle motions to avoid scratching the acrylic surface.

Removing Grease
If your acrylic panel is frequently exposed to grease (for example, in a kitchen or industrial environment), you can use plastic wrap and a detergent-sprayed cloth to clean the surface. Simply spray the cleaning liquid on the acrylic panel, cover it with plastic wrap to soften the grease, and after a few minutes, remove the wrap and wipe the surface with a damp cloth.

At temperatures over 100°C, acrylic begins to soften, which can lead to warping or deformation. Always avoid placing acrylic panels in areas exposed to high temperatures to preserve their structural integrity.

Prevent Chemical Corrosion
It’s crucial to avoid direct contact with chemical cleaners or corrosive liquids. Exposure to these substances can trigger chemical reactions that cause discoloration or corrosion on the acrylic surface, leading to irreversible damage.

Acrylic has a relatively high coefficient of thermal expansion, meaning it expands in heat and contracts in cold temperatures. When installing or fixing acrylic panels, make sure to leave enough space for thermal expansion and contraction to prevent deformation or cracking.

For acrylic panels that are not in use for a long time, store them in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight and humid environments, which can lead to aging, discoloration, or warping over time.
