Industrial equipment of every scale—from large CNC machine tools, construction machinery, and automated production systems to compact test instruments, controllers, gauges, and handheld remote devices—depends on a wide range of operation panels and identification labels. These graphic overlays and labels form the key interface for human-machine interaction, safety warnings, parameter marking, and surface protection. Their weather resistance, assembly accuracy, and wear performance directly affect operating safety and long-term equipment stability.
In mass production, however, manufacturers often face persistent problems: printed content becomes difficult to read, abrasion resistance is insufficient, adhesive labels fail in demanding conditions, and products cannot withstand oil contamination, high humidity, or wide temperature swings. Poor forming accuracy can also lead to assembly issues, while some products fall short of global industrial safety and environmental compliance requirements.
Founded in 2003, Spar Panel is a professional OEM manufacturer based in China with more than 20 years of experience in custom overlay solutions for industrial equipment. We are an approved supplier for global manufacturing brands including Honeywell (USA), Sagemcom (France), and Samsung (South Korea). As a professional graphic overlay manufacturer in China, Spar Panel offers multiple in-house process capabilities to meet the quality requirements of global industrial customers. We maintain a complete end-to-end quality control system to ensure stable product quality and dependable lead times.
Screen printing is one of our core processes. We support a minimum line width of ≥0.12 mm, a standard mass-production overprint tolerance of ±0.25 mm, and up to ±0.1 mm for high-precision custom projects. This helps prevent ghosting and misalignment in operation text and parameter markings. We use industrial-grade wear-resistant inks with ink thickness ranging from 10 to 100 μm. The ink offers strong adhesion, passes repeated alcohol wiping and scratch-resistance testing, and can achieve a black light-blocking OD value of ≥4.0 to prevent light leakage in industrial instrument panels. The printed layer can also be combined with hard-coating protection to further improve overall wear resistance.
We also use a mature industrial-grade UV printing process to reproduce fine full-color graphics for industrial control equipment, instruments, and electrical panels with stable print accuracy. Solvent-free, environmentally compliant inks are selected for industrial use, providing strong adhesion, full color density, and good resistance to fading and scratching over long-term use. UV printing can also be used for localized light-blocking and semi-transparent areas when required, balancing durability with appearance and display functionality.
Spar Panel operates more than 20 CNC machines, with standard machining tolerance up to ±0.05 mm and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.03 mm. We can process acrylic, PC, and PET sheets from 0.125 mm to 50 mm thick, with a maximum machining format of 2500 × 580 mm. Our cold-cutting process avoids thermal damage, producing smooth, burr-free edges without yellowing, deformation, or stress concentration. In one setup, we can machine irregular contours, mounting holes, and custom chamfers of 30° and 45°, meeting the assembly requirements of industrial equipment.
We use high-precision etched dies with die accuracy up to ±0.05 mm and stable post-print die-cut registration within ±0.15 mm. This process is well suited to mass production of ultra-thin PC and PET industrial panels and labels from 0.05 mm to 0.2 mm thick. We support both full-cut and kiss-cut control, with a minimum inner hole diameter of ≥1.0 mm and a narrow bridge width of ≥0.5 mm. Etched dies typically last 500,000 to 1,000,000 cycles, while laser dies typically last 200,000 to 500,000 cycles, giving high throughput and low unit cost in volume production. Ultra-thin labels and panels are finished with smooth edges to prevent burrs, edge curling, and scratch risks during use.
For industrial membrane switch panels, we manufacture embossed buttons with emboss heights from 0.5 mm to 2.0 mm. The buttons are full and rounded, with stable batch consistency and no bubbles, cracking, or deformation. We use high-resilience, fatigue-resistant PET as the embossed substrate, allowing smooth actuation and rebound for more than 500,000 pressing cycles in high-frequency operating environments. These buttons can be accurately combined with screen printing and UV printing without text offset, and can be laminated with industrial adhesives from 3M (USA), NITTO (Japan), and TESA (Germany) for strong bonding, oil resistance, vibration resistance, and tolerance to high and low temperatures.
We have a proven track record serving customers across multiple industrial sectors, including leading brands such as Honeywell, Sagemcom, and Samsung. Based on this experience, we have developed an industrial application-specific customization system for standard indoor environments, high and low-temperature conditions, high-frequency vibration, and outdoor operation. Our solutions address common challenges such as surface scratching, unstable adhesion, and inconsistent print quality in industrial equipment. All products comply with RoHS and REACH requirements, and supporting compliance documents can be provided for global market access.
As an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer specializing in custom industrial appearance components, Spar Panel operates a closed-loop quality control system covering incoming material inspection, process control, forming, and finished-product delivery. We closely manage each stage of acrylic panel and polycarbonate label production to reduce risk from the source and ensure stable, repeatable industrial-grade quality.
We have established inspection standards specifically for industrial equipment panels, with three quality checkpoints: incoming material inspection, in-process patrol inspection, and final inspection before shipment. Key items include ink adhesion, scratch and wear resistance, dimensional fit, adhesive strength, high- and low-temperature resistance, and aging performance. This helps prevent common problems such as scratches, ink peeling, dimensional deviation, and adhesive failure.
At the same time, our production lines follow standardized controls for first-article approval, parameter locking, and batch sampling. This ensures consistent color, precision, and functional performance from batch to batch. Quality data is traceable, and test reports are available. Combined with RoHS and REACH compliance, this gives global industrial customers stable and dependable custom panel and overlay solutions.
Spar Panel supports the full product lifecycle, from R&D prototyping and small-batch trial runs to large-scale production. Our dedicated production lines can respond quickly to orders of different sizes, and we provide DFM (Design for Manufacturability) review to identify production risks early. One-stop customization of full panel and label categories reduces the need to coordinate multiple suppliers, helping shorten development cycles and lower supply-chain management costs.
